This Automated Line for Buckets includes components for unstacking, filling, and press-on capping of buckets with a diameter of 300mm or less. The applications of this machine extend across many different product sectors such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, beverages, chemicals, and home care industry products. Product viscosity can range from liquid products such as water, to semi-liquids, to thicker products such as sauces, creams, lotions, liquids with solids, and more.
With
its industry leading components, this machine can fill viscous and non-viscous
liquid products, chemical products, or high alcohol content liquids. Some
examples include: Bleach, Oil, Honey, Olive Oil, Face Creams,
Cleaning Solutions, Perfumes, Salsas, and more.
