Vibratory Fillers aka Linear Net Weight Fillers

Our Vibratory Weigh Fillers aka Linear or Net Weigh Fillers are precision, high quality, commercial-grade machines which are built and designed to our specifications and configured for each specific application.  They are robustly built to ensure a long useful lifespan in heavy/high production environments and can be Certified for Commercial Food production as they are 100% Hygienic. 

Designed to fill dry products such as coffee, spices, granules, nuts, chemicals, candy, snack foods, granola, trail mix, pet food, our line of vibratory fillers can be configured to handle may types of products into various types and sizes of containers.

Our Vibratory Fillers can consist of single or multiple vibrating channels, can be set up for single fills or automatic cycles, can include and incorporate Elevators and post fill container handling and sealing equipment for greater ease of use and production speeds to fill bags, boxes, bins, etc.


Vibratory Fillers aka Linear Net Weight Fillers

Dry fillers
A broad category for machines that fill containers with dry products. This can include auger fillers (for powders), cup fillers, and weigh-based systems.

Linear weigh fillers / electronic linear weigh fillers
Machines that use multiple linear channels (or lanes) to weigh product portions. Each lane feeds product to a scale, and the system combines weights to reach a target. “Electronic” just emphasizes digital control and precision.

Vibratory fillers / vibratory weigh fillers / vibratory weigh filling machines
These use vibration to move product along trays or channels. The vibration helps control flow rate and improves accuracy, especially for irregular or fragile items. When combined with weighing systems, they become vibratory weigh fillers.

Vibratory linear weigh fillers
A specific type of linear weigher where product is fed through vibrating channels into weigh hoppers. Common in snack foods, confectionery, and small granular products.

Channel doser / channel dispenser / channel dispensing
These refer to the individual lanes or channels that meter product flow. Each channel acts as a controlled “dosing” path before weighing or direct filling.

Linear weigher
A general term for machines with multiple linear feed channels and weigh heads. Typically simpler and more cost-effective than multihead (combination) weighers.

Net weight fillers / net weigh fillers / net weigh fill
Systems that fill based on the actual product weight inside the container (as opposed to gross weight, which includes the container). These are used when accuracy is critical and often include feedback systems to adjust fill levels.
