Simple, quick, and traditional cold oil extraction system for small and medium producers of high quality olive oil.
The Zambelli OLIO 50 Compact consists of an olive crusher mill, a kneading tank and a dispenser to deposit olive paste onto the fiscoli, or nylon diaphragm. Oil mill, basin and pressing plate made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, the press is made with painted steel frame.
Supplied as standard with electric hydraulic control, a basket with 70 nylon diaphragms and 13 stainless steel discs made of AISI 304.
