Electric Jam Kettle

Our high-quality Electric Jam Kettle is a Food & Beverage Certified machine. This Kettle enables simple & easy cooking and full control over the entire cooking or reduction process. 

This machine is made of a container with a double jacket and double bottom, covered with an insulated external jacket. Inside of the double jacket and double bottom, glycerin oil is added which indirectly regulates the heat of the material (food-safe and suitable for contact with food). Above the kettle there is an electric motor which is suited with a fixed mixer. The kettle is then covered with a removable lid with sensors. These sensors detect whether the lid is open or not and stops the mixer from turning if open. 

This state-of-the-art machine works great for products such as jams & marmalade, vinegar reduction, sauces, broths, and more. It also has low noise levels of just 70 dB(A). 

How it Works:

Once the product is added into the kettle and glycerin oil is added, it is ready for use. Once the desired temperature is reached the product is mixed evenly. After the cooking process is completed, the kettle can easily be emptied through a valve on the side of the kettle.
