These Variable Capacity Flat Bottom stainless steel tanks built in AISI 304 BA 18/10 stainless steel are ideal for fermenting or aging wine or storage of other food or beverage products. They feature a smooth mirror finish on the inside for optimal cleanliness and an attractive textured exterior. Given the sizes they are excellent casks for cellars (ideal for vinification and storage).
