Our Automated Multi-Head Capper is a state-of-the-art machine that is engineered to fit any kind of closure and any type of container. This machine provides a wide variety of closure applications and is suitable to reach a maximum speed of 22,000 Bottles per Hour (B/H).
Machines can be ordered with a minimum of 3 capping heads to a maximum of 12 capping heads. Additionally, this machine is configured in a Rotary style layout.
This automated capping machine is applicable to many different product sectors, such as: beverage, spirits, agro-food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, chemicals, and more. Thus, it can apply caps on bottles/containers such as: GLASS, PET, PE, HDPE, and METAL.
Our Automated Multi-Head Capper can be purchased as a free-standing system, a combined system, or a complete line.
This machine has different versions available:
- AV - Suitable to close ALUMINUM ROPP caps
- VP - Suitable to close PRE-THREADED caps
- TP - Suitable to Close PRESS-ON caps
- DS - Suitable to close DISPENSER PUMPS caps
