The Platinum
Linear Capping Machine is a fully automated capping machine. This machine is suitable
for all types of caps, including screw and press-on, twist-off, flip-top,
etc.. Installation speeds range from 2800 pcs/hr up to 15000 pcs/hr.
This
machine comes standard with a stainless steel AISI 304 frame. If required, a
stainless steel AISI 316 frame can be custom manufactured. Additionally, all closing
heads and safety protections are manufactured with the same stainless steel.
According to the type of cap, we can offer different types screwing heads such as: magnetic & hysteresis clutch, brushless for pre-threaded caps, as well as plastic or metal torque adjustments. This entire operation is managed by a colored touch screen.
