Semi-Automatic Linear Capper
This linear capping station is the ideal solution for customers who are looking for increased production speeds without upgrading to a full bottling or capping line.
This capping machine uses a conveyer belt to feed bottles through the capping station. Once the bottles arrive at the capping station, a descending capping head (often referred to as a "chuck") will install the caps, where they are then moved via conveyor belt. An optional collecting and feeding table can be purchased for both ends of the conveyer belt.
This capping station is suitable for bottles with Roll-On Pilfer Proof (ROPP), twist-off, snap on, or plastic screw-on caps.
These machines are CE Certified, and made in Italy.
