Vacuum Jar/Bottle Sealer & Capper for Twist Off Caps - Electro-Pneumatic
This Electro-pneumatic bench-top Vacuum jar and bottle Sealer & Capper is designed for vacuum-packing glass bottles & jars while simultaneously installing metal or twist off caps and lids at a controlled torque. This is a great choice cap and protect by vacuum seal any products packaged in glass jars or bottles at room temperature which cannot be subjected to pasteurization or other high temperature sterilization treatments, which many heat sensitive food products cannot be.
In this context, mechanical generation is the only possible system to transmit vacuum into the headspace of the container. Through this operation, the oxidation of the surface layer of the product is reduced and the organoleptic characteristics of the product are safeguarded. Furthermore, by using twist off capsules with a safety button, the consumer is guaranteed the integrity of the package.
Adjustment of the vertical pressure carried out on the capsule and of the torque according to needs. Adjustment of the vacuum value to be reached before tightening the cap. The jar fits inside a sliding PVC cylinder, placing the cap or lid on the opening of the container. By simultaneously pressing the two buttons on the sides of the base the process starts, the head descends, the vacuum is generated and the tightening is then carried out with torque control on the capsule.

Format Changeover:
This machine can handle different metal twist off cap formats/sizes without changing the capping chuck. For each jar, a PVC cylinder aka Puck or Holder, is created which centers the container, preventing the rotation of the jar or bottle when tightening the cap, and bringing the mouth of the jar to the correct height. This eliminates the need for the operator to make any mechanical adjustments when switching from one format to another, significantly simplifying the operator's work if the machine is used with multiple container sizes.
This Vacuum Capper & Sealer is equipped with a modular stainless steel vane pneumatic motor and is equipped with a mechanical compensation group for the capping head. N.B.
Container and Cap specifications will be required to confirm proper application. Physical container and cap samples will be required for creating Holders/Pucks.
