Semi-Automatic Rotating Filler & Capper
This air operated semi-automatic filling & capping station is the ideal solution for customers who are looking for increased production speeds but do not want to invest in a full bottling line. This is the perfect application for filling/capping hot sauces, salsas, creams, lotions, honey, detergents, and any other viscous, non-viscous, or liquid with solids products.
This solution includes a self-priming volumetric filler, which can include a product loading hopper (optional), as well as a rotating table that feeds empty bottles into an automated filling position. Once your bottles or containers are filled, they are transferred to a conveyer belt which feeds your bottles to a capping station. A descending capping head will install your caps on the bottles, where they will then be moved to a collection table at the end of the conveyer belt. This filling & capping station is suitable for bottles with twist-off, snap-on or plastic screw-on caps.
Our filling & capping station is a great solution for cosmetics, chemicals, viscous liquids, and of course food products. Depending on your product, we will outfit with the necessary gaskets, O-rings, and other components.
