This Italian built Fully Pneumatic Spouted Pouch Filler aka Spouch Filler, is a semi-automatic filling AND capping solution for spouted pouches. This air driven machine can fill both liquid and viscous products such as pumpable liquid, creams, pastes, sauces with pulp, or any other viscous or semi-viscous products. The Spouted Pouch Filler is an air driven machine that is suitable for filling AND capping a wide range of flexible pouches, so long as they have an existing spout installed. Product & material is filled by means of a volumetric piston filler with an adjustable dosing range. Caps are tightened by a pneumatic motor with torque regulation.

Pouch types include standup pouches, doypacks, and any other flexible standup pouches/packs with pre-installed spout.

This unit can fill viscous products that contain soft particulates or fibers and is suitable for heated fillings (up to 100° C).

*Note: Machine comes with a 30L Hopper, but can be connected directly to a storage tank (or IBC) with a flexible hose (or it can be equipped with either a 6L or a 15L Conical Hopper).
