This Italian built Fully Pneumatic Spouted Pouch Filler can fill both liquid and viscous products such as pumpable liquids, creams, pastes, sauces w/ pulp, or any other viscous or semi-viscous products. The Spouted Pouch Filler is an air driven machine that is suitable for filling a wide range of flexible pouches, so long as they have an existing pouch installed. Product & material is filled by means of a volumetric piston filler with an adjustable dosing range.
This piston-driven benchtop filler is manufactured in Italy out of the highest quality materials. While being incredible well-built, this filler is unbelievably precise, durable, and easy to clean.
The Benchtop Pouch Filler allows you to fill precise volumes of liquids, oils, gels, creams, sauces, and many other products (including products with particulates/solids).
Pouch types include standup pouches, doypacks, and any

Viscous, Liquids, Liquid with Solids - Single L-Valve "Combo" Configuration:
This economy "Combo" configuration is designed to accurately fill products with any viscosity, with or without solids. This particular configuration is better suited for, but not exclusive to, small fills of lower viscosity products with higher surface tension (perfumes, chemicals, oils, lotions, shampoo, liquid soaps) or larger fills of thicker/more viscous products or liquids with solids (syrups, honey, creams, spreads, sauces, salsa, dressings, jams and fillings).

This configuration is specifically designed to accurately fill liquids and products with a lower viscosity that does not contain solids such as perfume, chemicals, olive oil, essential oils, tinctures, most beverages, and many similar products
