Our Filling & Capping Line (12-30 Nozzles) is a fully automated line with capping & filling capabilities, in a compact monoblock. Often used for cosmetics, pharmaceutical,
food, chemical, and home care industries. Product viscosities can range from
liquids to semi-liquids, to dense and doughy products. This automated unit will
help your production operation reach maximum efficiency.
This automated line is manufactured on customer request. Specs will be based on your production & output requirements,
the type of product you are filling, as well as the size & format of caps/containers that you are
filling.
Our Filling & Capping Line (12-30 Nozzles) is an extremely flexible machine. It can process several formats of
containers and caps, allowing for a quick and easy change in format.
FILLING
STATION
- Compact Stainless
Steel Machine Frame. Adjustable height with lexan safety protections
- Filling by means of electromagnetic or flow meters.
- Electronic
management of the liquid or product flow by means of pressure sensor at the
infeed of the filler.

CAPPING

- Capping stations equipped with stainless steel closing heads.
- Screw-on or Press-on Closing Heads
