Filling Line - (6-40 Nozzles)

Our Volumetric Filling Line is a fully automated filler that can be configured with either Electromagnetic Flow Meters or Pistons. Often used for cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and home care industries. Product viscosities can range from liquids to semi-liquids, to dense and doughy products. This automated unit will help your production operation reach maximum efficiency.

This Volumetric Filling Line can be outfitted with 6 to 12 filling nozzles in a linear format, or 8 to 40 filling nozzles in a rotary format. All filling heads have an ensured filling accuracy of +/- 0.02%.
