This Volumetric Filling Line is a state-of-the-art machine that is engineered to fill GLASS, PET, PE, HDPE, and METAL bottles and containers with any kind of liquid. This Automated Piston Filler is applicable to many different product sectors such as: beverage, spirits and distillates, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, detergents and chemicals, and more.
The Volumetric Automated Filling Line can be purchased as a free-standing system, a combined system, or a complete line (adding other components such as capping, corking, rinsing, labeling, etc.). Additionally, the machine can be purchased as either a linear or rotary setup.
The machine can be designed to have a production rate ranging from 1,000 bottles per hour up to 25,000 bottles per hour. These volumes apply to free-standing machines as well as our more complex integrated systems such as monoblock (filler/capper) or multiblock (rinser/filler/capper).
This Volumetric Filling Line is suggested for bottling thick and viscous products such as oils, syrups, honey, lubricant oils, detergents, home & personal care products, creams, and makeups. The size of the cylinders and filling ranges will be determined by the bottles and/or containers which are being filled.
Customers can choose between a Rotary or In-Line configuration. An optional upgrade for our customers is to equip the machine with upgraded Servo Pistons for enhanced accuracy and faster/adjustable filling process. Additionally, if our customer has a foamy product they can upgrade to a Bottom Filling System.
