Bag & Pouch Filling-Packaging Line - R10-R12

The R&G R10 and R12 S/D is a 10 or 12 station rotary carousel packaging machine for through the top filling of preformed bags or pouches with liquid, dry, or powdered products; it can work with any type of bag and any type of material. Thanks to the action of pneumatically controlled grippers, the bag is never left until it is unloaded.

The 10 or 12 stations can be equipped for different applications such as inert gas injection, vacuum, ultrasonic welding, double insertion of accessories such as spouts or spigots (before or after filling), die-cutting and different types of dosing (liquid, dry, or powder). The machine is equipped with automatic format change directly from the operator panel.

This filling/packaging line is a fully automated line that can be built for filling of liquid or dry products. Liquid filling is performed by Tenco built precision pneumatic Pistons, Valves and Nozzles .  Filling of dry or powder products is performed by Techno-D built precision multi-head Weighers or Augers. Sealing and optional gas injection and optional date/lot printing is performed after filling.

This Carousel Monobloc has an output of up to 60 pouches or bags per minute. Subject to product and pouches

Liquid Filling - This machine can be used for filling products such as: Chemicals, Cleaning Fluids, Cosmetics, Lotions, Olive Oil, Sauces, Dressing, and other viscous or liquid products.  

Dry or Powder Filling - This machine is used for filling products such as: Coffee, Flour, Dry Pasta, Dried Fruit, Dry Pet Food, Granulars, and many other dry or powder products. 

All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 Stainless Steel and the seals, gaskets, and O-rings are made of PTFE, FKM, or food-grade silicone.

The types of pre-formed pouches this machine can work with are stand-up pouches, Doypack pouches, flexible pouches, flat, shaped, gusset, pre-spouted.
