The R&G Etna-L Monobloc is the ideal solution for Filling of Horizontal Form Fill & Seal Sachets and Small Pouches with Liquid, Dry, or Powder Products. 

The Etna-L is an automatic Horizontal Form Fill and Seal (HFFS) filling line that is precise, easy to operate and maintain.  It is the ideal solution to manufacture and fill flat pouches and sachets of excellent quality that are to be sealed on 3-4 sides.  The change of the reel is very quick and easy, as well as the change of the format.  The range of use of the Etna-L is very large, it can be used for the production and filling of single dose sachets and small pouches for sampling, foods, cosmetics and personal care products such as gels, creams, and shampoos, for OTC pharmaceutical products, or dry products both power and granular.

The machine is built on a steel frame with all components in contact with product made of materials suitable for food, non-food, cosmetics, and pharma.

This Sachet filling/packaging line is a fully automated line that can be built for filling of liquid or dry products. Liquid filling is performed by Tenco built precision pneumatic pistons, valves and nozzles.  Filling of dry products is performed by Techno-D built precision multi-head weighers. Sealing and optional gas injection and optional date/lot printing is performed after filling.

The machine is set for automatic stop when fill reel ends and can be stopped at a preset time. The pouches are sealed on three or four sides according to the project. Width of seal varies from 5 to 7 mm depending on need.

The machine may form and fill shaped pouches using a single operator.  During sealing process a pressure of 100N/cm² is guaranteed. The temperature is controlled by a regulator for each sealing spot.

This Carousel Monobloc has an output of up to 55 pouches/sachets per minute, or 110 per minute for double sachets/pouches. Subject to product and pouches.

Liquid Filling - This machine can be used for filling products such as: Lotions & Cosmetics, Condiments, Dressings & Sauces, Chemicals & Cleaning Fluids, and other viscous or liquid products.  

Dry or Powder Filling - This machine can be used for filling  and packaging products such as: Sweeteners and other Food & Beverage Additives, Bath Salts and other Granulars or Powders.

All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 Stainless Steel and the seals are made of PTFE, FKM, or food-grade silicone.
