Our press type olive oil mills are traditional type mills using a press batch-based press method to extract the oil from olives compared to the more expensive centrifuge continuous extraction process. Our traditional press type olive oil mills are still considered Compact Olive Oil Mills aka Boutique Olive Oil Mills and range in size from 30kg per hour to 100kg per hour.  

What is the difference between a Continuous and a Non-Continuous Olive Oil Mill?

Continuous olive oil mills use modern centrifugation for high-efficiency, automated, and continuous production of high-quality oil with minimal oxidation. Non-continuous (traditional/batch) mills use presses and mats which are more labor intensive, but is a significantly more affordable way to begin an an operation for producing olive oil.
