The OLIO 30 Combo by Zambelli consists of an olive crusher mill, kneading tank with dispenser, and hydraulic press; and is capable of processing 66 lbs (30 kg) of olives per hour. With its compact footprint and efficient layout, it is the perfect all-in-one machine for boutique olive oil producers.
The mill, tank, and dispenser are constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless-steel. The press plate, basin, and guide rails are also made of AISI 304 stainless-steel. The press frame is made of tubular steel coated in a hardened enamel paint. The press is supplied with 50 nylon diaphragms and 9 separation discs made of AISI 304. The hydraulic press itself is either operated manually (similar to a Hydraulic Head Basket Press) or is available with an electric motor.
