The Zambelli "MACH" Mill for cold oil production features, and infeed hopper with auger, crushing rollers, kneading drum with helical paddles that ensure that the fluids don't separate, and doser with motorized rotating platform to evenly spread the paste on pressing diaphragms.
Available in two sizes: MACH 1 (100 Kg/Hr) and MACH 2 (150 Kg/Hr).
The MACH 1 features independent control of the crusher & mixer and the doser. The MACH 2 allows for independent variable speed control of the in-feed auger, crusher, mixer, and doser, in addition to a foot pedal to control the rotation of the diaphragm plate.
