The OLIO 50 Compact by Zambelli combines the MACH 1 Cold Olive Oil Mill and the ATON OLIO 300 Olive Oil Press in a compact and efficient format, making it possible for a single user to operate both machines simultaneously to process up to 110 lbs (50 Kg) of olives per hour. With its compact footprint and efficient layout, it is the perfect all-in-one machine for medium-sized olive oil producers.
The mill, hopper, and doser are constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless-steel. The press plate, basin, and guide rails are also made of AISI 304 stainless-steel. The press frame is made of tubular steel coated in a hardened enamel paint. The press is supplied with 70 nylon diaphragms and 13 separation discs made of AISI 304. The hydraulic press itself is operated with an on-board electric motor.
