The Italian Made Hardwood Ratchet Press uses a stationary threaded shaft with a hydraulic-powered ratcheting head to press the juice from fruit/product. Select a press that will meet your pressing requirements.

- Press head uses Food-Grade ISO 32 Bio-Hydraulic Oil
- Steel base (legs & basin) and cage bands with baked-on enamel finish
- Chromium plated steel bolts (securing the bands to the staves) and pins
- Cast iron shaft and hydraulic ratchet with baked-on enamel finish
