The Sirio Hydraulic Vertical Press by CEP Italy is the result of over 50 years of industry-leading oenological innovation. With exacting precision, the Sirio Press is designed to exert equal pressure on each grape, from the press plate to the basin, while avoiding the cellular breakdown of any physical particle, to ensure that the highest quality juice is extracted without the production of lees. The on-board digital control box gives you the ability set the the maximum pressure and duration of each cycle providing the highest level of consistency and accuracy with each pressing. dual pumps provide multiple approach and release speed options.
The Sirio Press has an AISI 304 Stainless Steel Cage, Press Plate, and Basin. Both the Sirio 80 & Sirio 100 include a stainless-steel cart for transporting the basket to and from the press. The Sirio 100 is also available with CEP’s innovative forklift basin (like the SIRIO 130X & 150X), instead of the transport cart.
