Semi-Automatic Rotating Piston Filler
This air operated semi-automatic filling station is the ideal solution for customers who are looking for increased filling speeds but do not need a bottling line. This is the perfect application for filling hot sauces, salsas, creams, lotions, honey, detergents, and any other viscous & non-viscous products, or liquids with solids.
This solution includes a self-priming volumetric filler, which can include a product loading hopper (optional), as well as a rotating table that feeds empty bottles into an automated filling position. Once the filling is completed, an empty bottle will take its place for automatic filling. This filling station is a great solution for cosmetics, chemicals, viscous liquids, and of course food products. Depending on your product, we will outfit with the necessary gaskets, O-rings, and other components.
These machines are Certified for Food Production, CE Certified, and made in Italy.

- Requires 60-90 PSI compressed air supply (we recommend 20-25 gallon air compressor)
