The Zambelli "MACH" Mill for cold oil production features, and infeed hopper with auger, crushing rollers, kneading drum with helical paddles that ensure that the fluids don't separate, and doser with motorized rotating platform to evenly spread the paste on pressing diaphragms.
Available in two sizes: MACH 1 (100 Kg/Hr) and MACH 2 (150 Kg/Hr).
The MACH 1 features independent control of the crusher & mixer and the doser. The mixer is bidirectional and can be controlled via the two-way dial on the control panel.
The MACH 2 allows for independent control of the in-feed auger, crusher, mixer, and doser, in addition to a foot pedal to control the rotation of the diaphragm plate. The mixer features an automatic operating mode, in which the paddles will alternate between clockwise and counterclockwise rotation. When using the doser, the mixer can be switched to manual mode and the direction of the paddles set to clockwise (forward) rotation.
