The OLIO 50 combination by Zambelli consists of the MACH 1 Cold Olive Oil Mill and the ATON OLIO 300 Olive Oil Press. Separating the mill and the press allows for two users to operate the machines, resulting in a higher production rate than the OLIO 50 Compact, while using fewer pressing diaphragms. Independently, both the MACH 1 and ATON OLIO 300 are capable of processing up to 100 kg per hour. The lower advertised production rate of 60 kg per hour accounts for the down time between milling and pressing. A higher production rate can be achieved using a secondary pressing basket (optional).
The mill, hopper, mixing paddles, and doser of the MACH 1 are constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless-steel. The press plate, basin, and guide rails of the ATON OLIO 300 are also made of AISI 304 stainless-steel. The press frame is made of tubular steel coated in a hardened enamel paint. The press is supplied with 50 nylon diaphragms and 9 separation discs made of AISI 304. The hydraulic press itself is operated with an on-board electric motor.
