The OLIO 100 combination by Zambelli consists of the MACH 2 Cold Olive Oil Mill and the ATON OLIO 500 Olive Oil Press. Independently, both the MACH 2 and ATON OLIO 500 are capable of processing up to 150 kg per hour. The lower advertised production rate of 100 kg per hour accounts for the down time between milling and pressing. A higher production rate can be achieved using a secondary pressing basket (optional).
The mill, hopper, mixing paddles, and doser of the MACH 2 are constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless-steel. The press plate, basin, and guide rails of the ATON OLIO 500 are also made of AISI 304 stainless-steel. The press frame is made of tubular steel coated in a hardened enamel paint. The press is supplied with 60 nylon diaphragms and 12 separation discs made of AISI 304. The hydraulic press itself is operated with an on-board electric motor.
